Shipping Policy

Due to the nature of handmade items and custom requests, processing times for orders will vary. Order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout. 

You will receive an order confirmation and then another notification when your order has shipped. It is the buyer's responsibly to ensure shipping addresses are entered correctly. If a shipping address was entered incorrectly or needs to be changed, please contact us immediately. Applicable fees for additional shipping may apply.

Once an order has shipped we no longer have control over the package. Shipping times may be affected by holidays or other periods of high volume ordering. If your package is lost in transit you must contact the postal service/shipping carrier responsible to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
